Build a single, searchable dashboard that inventories all approved company tools and the tech stack — covering engineering/internal developer tools and business applications (CRM, analytics, HR, finance, etc.). Each entry will include purpose, owner, approval/status (approved/deprecated), access instructions, license info, integrations, and links to documentation and onboarding guides.
Success Measure
Maintained, searchable inventory covering the vast majority of company tools; measurable reduction in unapproved/duplicate tool requests and faster time-to-productivity for new hires (tracked via onboarding metrics).
Expected Value
Reduces shadow IT and duplicate licensing, speeds new-hire onboarding, standardizes tool choices and integrations, clarifies ownership and support paths.
